With millions of released songs, “LOVE (MKB)” by Che, a young rapper from Atlanta, is arguably his greatest song ever released. The song is described as a rage, pop rap and experimental due to its unique beat. According to Spotify, the song is a sample of Playboi Carti’s “Love Hurts”. Producer CXO, an American record producer and audio engineer, produced the song.
At the beginning of the song, Che sings a couple of lines before he says “Supermodel girl (woo), I’m tryna rock ya world I’ll buy you all the pearls, yeah, just show me that you wanna get love, Supermodel girl (yeah), I’ll show you the world My hearts really fragile, yeah, so you could never fracture it, yeah.”
He confesses his love to a “supermodel” girl while admitting to being vulnerable, which is unique in the underground scene.
Despite it being experimental, it finds a way to mesh the beat with the vocals together, hitting the perfect sweet spot. Along with good vocals and beat, the chorus is catchy. Following a romantic teenage-like theme within the lyrics, the song is easy to resonate with, making it more relatable to his audience who may be pursuing a romantic relationship.
Not only is the chorus catchy, but other parts of the song are easily learnable to sing and find a way to become catchy. Che repeats the word “love” and has the artistic ability to use his vocals to make it catchy, further proving the great artist he is.
In addition to this perfect song, the song has a beautiful cover that seems to draw inspiration from artist Bladee’s album “333”, released in 2020, contributing to the artistry of Che.

Only a couple of songs like this, such as MARCELINE, were on his album “REST IN BASS” (RIB). As of today, the song has more than 3,600,000 streams worldwide.
