A weight set can be used for many different workouts. This weight set is one of the machines that is available to everyone at the gym. The school provides a free on campus weight room with multiple benches and other workout materials. For those looking for a more separate location, popular local gyms such as Planet Fitness have summer programs for teens interested in a gym environment. Both gyms are completely accessible and made to provide a safe community for self-dedicated people. “I started going to the gym when they put out the free membership for Planet Fitness,” said Gayosso.
