With St. Patrick’s Day around the corner, there is much more than green eggs and ham. There are such things that are greener and sweeter. For one, mint ice cream cookie cups are a great way to enjoy a tasty dessert using very few ingredients. These cups are also great to have during a gathering.
Here is what you you will need to make these sweet delights:
- Dreyer’s Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- Honey Maid Chocolate Graham Crackers
- CANDIQUIK Meltable Chocolate
- Any type of chocolate chips you desire!
Steps to prepare and make:
1. Get the chocolate graham crackers and crumble them into a fine grind.
2. Pour the cookie crumbs into the bottom of cupcake baking cups.
3. Put partially melted ice cream on top of the cookie crumbs.
4. While the ice cream is melting, melt the Candiquik chocolate for a minute.
5. On top of the ice cream, pour the melted chocolate nicely into a layer.
6. Add chocolate chips on top of the chocolate.
7. Freeze them for an hour
8. Take them out and enjoy your St. Patrick’s delights!
