Drake has recently released his fourth studio album and it’s titled Views. This is his most anticipated album to date, so it has very high expectations. I do suggest you give it a listen because it won’t be a waste of time!
The album consists of 19 tracks plus one bonus track. The beats are by far some of the best beats Noah “40” Shebib has helped put together, ranging from smooth mellow songs to songs full of aggression and consistency. This is definitely one of Drake’s best projects and I believe he met many expectations in his own way. He touched on every different side of himself. From singing to rapping, he definitely made it known he’s mastered his craft.

Drake has steered away from current trends of rap such as “trap” music and has focused mainly on the work he’s been trying to build since 2009. He has proved himself successful and showed us that he is definitely at the top of his game right now. The album was originally called Views From The 6 until the last minute when he decided to change the title to just Views. This doesn’t come as a surprise as early this year another rapper, Kanye West, did so with his album The Life of Pablo.
The reason Views was created was to show a different perspective from his hometown, the 6, otherwise known as Toronto, Canada. He backs his city to the fullest and in return, the city backs him to the fullest. Drake has been referred to the greatest artist in our generation and when it comes to the numbers, there’s no arguing there.
