Want a great place for lunch, dinner, or a late dessert? Guppy House is a great place for that, it provides a large variety of choices to dine on. Not only is the food good, but as well as the decorations of the place. It is full of greenery and is split into two areas. The first area is where you walk right into when you first come in is the quiet area where people come to eat and hang out. Whereas, the area in the further back of the restaurant is the opposite, it has the six TVs laid across the wall. This area is louder and much brighter; this is where the people who want to watch games, shows, or etc. come to eat. The restaurant overall has a great vibe to it.

But the most well know things here are the desserts. They have desserts such as dessert soups, brick toast, and the most popular one shaved ice. Their shaved ice is a chiller down the spine; the shaved ice is mixed with condensed milk, topped with fresh fruits, and scoop(s) of ice cream. But that is just one typical type of shaved ice; there are as well other flavors.

The food here is good, but not the best. Some of the dishes do not have the right taste or no taste at all; for example the hop pot. The hot pot here did not taste as well as the ones in other restaurants. Of course, there is always the good food, such as the popcorn chicken, salads, rice dishes, and others. Besides the dishes there are drinks, like boba, tea, and smoothies.Other than the delicious food there is also the service, which is poor. It’s a common problem with many popular restaurants, but there maybe a few differences with this one restaurant. For one, the waiters/waitresses are nice, but can be forgetful and thoughtless, you’d have to ask a few more times to get what you need. That is only one problem you may come across, there is yet to be more. Overall, this restaurant is great for hanging out and eating, but if you are picky on service then this is not the place. (But of course if you are lucky you can get a better service experience.)
