This recipe is a fool proof easy way to get creamy buttery decadent mashed potatoes to serve on Christmas. It’s so delicious, your guests will keep coming back for more, who knows, you might even get invited to their Christmas dinner.
What You Will Need:
1) 3 pounds of russet potatoes (3-4 pieces)
2) 1 cup unsalted butter
3) 1/4 cup hot milk (microwave)
How To:
Step One: Prepare a pot of salted cold water
Step Two: After shredding potatoes, cut them in equal length cubes and place them into the water. Once you are done, turn the heat on high and cook until it’s fork tender
Step Three: When ready, place the butter and potatoes into a bowl and whisk out all lumps, after getting the desired consistency, pour milk and whisk one last time.
