On April 11, Link Crew hosted their annual “Are you Smarter Than a Link Crew Leader?” event. A team of freshman and a team of Link Crew Leaders went head to head answering questions regarding math, biology, health, and many more assorted topics.

         “It was a pretty fun, kind of intense, event, and it was all put together smoothly,” freshman competitor Vincent Huang said.

         Each team had eight members, and the freshman would pick their Link Crew Leader and the question category they’d like to answer. At the end of the event, the freshman team won by a margin of three questions, or 75,000 points.

         “The Link Crew event lacked people showing up, but I had so much fun participating with my classmates,” freshman competitor Jasmine Nguyen said.

         With around 15 spectators attending, the event was not large but both the audience and competitors looked excited as they cheered on their friends and enjoyed the small game that Link Crew worked hard on.
